Bachelor's Program Mathematics

Deutsche Version | Home page of the Institute

For the following modules of the Bachelor's Program Mathematics, courses are offered on a regular basis by the professors of the Research Institute for Discrete Mathematics:

Successful participation in the exercises is an absolute requirement for permission for module examination where exercises are offered with the lectures.

More detailed descriptions of these and all other modules of the Bachelor's Program Mathematics can be found in the module handbook.

Of course, it is also possible to set the focus on Discrete Mathematics and to write a bachelor's thesis (T3G1) at the Research Institute for Discrete Mathematics after successfully attending sufficiently many of our modules (see below for examples of study plans) . Those students who are willing to do so, should contact one of the institute's professors well in time (at the latest after the successful talk in the Hauptseminar). Of course, the Begleitseminar zur Bachelorarbeit (S3G1) is also offered regularly.

Schedules for a course of bachelor studies can be found here.

Most of the courses in the bachelor's program are in German.
